The tanginess, a little spiciness and earthy flavor of the soup that are paired with Burmese samusas and crumbled falafel will bring this dish together to be one of a kind soup. The soup is served with some raw onions, shredded cabbage topped with fresh mints.

Burmese chicken curry, is a traditional curry stew from Burma, prepared by marinating the chicken (bones in) with fresh ingredients such as garlic, ginger, and masala.

Our best home style slow cooking process creates this chicken curry to be more flavorful and one of a kind curry around the Bay. Curry comes along with cooked potatoes.

(It really goes well with a side of rice, Palata or steamed vegetables.)

Perfect for vegetarians, it comes with a tasteful curry base, blended with red lentils and yellow split peas, homemade veggie broth, paprika, curry leaves and fresh masala from Burma. Eggplant, potato, cauliflower and okras are the main vegetables in this dish.

Well known Burmese dish of noodles, which originates from a town called Shwe Taung in Burma, has flour flat noodles or medium thick rice noodles with chicken curry slowly cooked in coconut milk served on top with roasted chickpeas powder, fried onions, roasted chili and topped with cilantro and thin crispy noodles. The coconut milk makes the dish creamier, but expertly prepared to balance the richness of the dish in order to make it less heavy as the dish should not be too soupy but also not be too dry at all.
